Cancelling an Online Order
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your item.
- You then have 14 days to return it
- Items should be unused and in original condition
- Proof of purchase is required

We offer a 30-day returns window from delivery.
To qualify:
- Items must be in the same condition you received them
- Include all original packaging and contents
We may make a small deduction if:
- The item has been used more than necessary to inspect it
- Items are returned damaged or incomplete (unless our error)

Refunds
Once your return is received and checked:
- We’ll confirm by email
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Most refunds are processed within a few working days (depending on your bank).

✔ Standard delivery — where required by law

Firearms & Licensable Items
Because of UK law, firearms purchases work slightly differently — but we keep it simple and transparent.
- Firearms, shotguns, and licensable components are reserved online, not fully purchased
- A deposit (typically 50%) secures the item for you
✔ What happens next?
Before completion:
- We verify your Firearms or Shotgun Certificate
- Complete the required certificate entries
- Arrange collection or transfer to your chosen RFD
✔ Deposits (Clear & Fair)
We keep this straightforward and fair:
- Deposits are normally non-refundable, as items may be specially ordered or allocated
However:
- Deposits can be refundable in certain situations (for example, if a certificate variation is not granted)
- This applies only where agreed with us in advance

✔ Cancellation & Legal Position
Due to the regulated nature of firearms:
- Standard online cancellation rights do not apply in the usual way once compliance checks or sourcing has begun
That said – we always aim to be reasonable and helpful. If something changes, talk to us.
Accessories & Non-Licensable Items
- We aim to dispatch within 24 hours (working days)
- Paid in full at checkout via secure payment (Worldpay)
Warranty
Pre-Owned Firearms
- 3-month warranty included
- If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it
New Firearms
- Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty
- We’ll help you through the process just get in touch
Exchanges
We’ll replace items if they are faulty or damaged.
